To provide for a welcoming work environment we only welcome responsible, friendly, and courteous artists and for the convenience of other tenants, we do not permit any loud music or other loud disturbances. Studios are available to visual artists, photographers, writers, designers, and similar creatives or hobbyists. NOT fit for DJ, music, salon, tattoo, barber, cooking etc. Our studios  are strictly non-living spaces and are for work use only.
