Our building is part of a uniquely vibrant and creative community in Barrio Logan, San Diego. Our studios provide an opportunity where artists can work and create in their own private comfortable space. Each one of our studios ranges in size but they all include: 24/7 access, Wifi and electricity costs included, shared utility sink, each studio has a window and locked door. Street parking and walking distance to many businesses like Cafe Moto, Border X and many more. Near all public transportation and with easy freeway access.

Our studios are strictly non-living and for work use only. Month to month lease with no application fee. We cater to professional responsible creatives perfect for Photographers, Journalists, Painters, Jewelry Design and other creatives. For the convenience of other tenants, we do not permit any loud music or other loud disturbances. Sorry not fit for music studios, bands, barber, salon, food, tattoo, DJ's, etc.
